Retreat to the second highest mountain in Pennsylvania, Blue Knob. Learn by participating in health seminars to create your customized Recess Lifestyle. As a member of the Wellness Tourism Association, you are guaranteed access to relaxing accommodations, healthy cooking, spa treatments, guided tours, as well as health and fitness seminars.

Registration is between 3-4pm on Friday afternoon in the Condo Office. Departure is at 11am on Sunday morning (it is optional to stay later if you book a spa treatment or golf reservation). Your price includes 2 meals on Friday, 4 meals on Saturday, and 1 meal on Sunday plus lodging, all instruction and seminars, Recess Workbook, free "goody" bag, and any prizes given away. Your price does NOT include golf or spa treatments booked during open time. Spa treatments may be booked when you arrive on Friday.
