A Health Coach from Real Recess Wellness will talk and interact with your team for up to 2 hours. The goal being to discuss their questions about Health and Wellness while relating it to the concept of Real Recess Breaks (discover ‘why’, create habits, make it easier). Exercise apparel is not needed for these demonstrations.
