We want our Recess Breaks and wellness tools to seamlessly support your healthy lifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from RealRecess.com, we are here to help.

Physical Products You have 30 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Digital Products and "Recess Breaks" Guides Due to the immediate access and nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products, e-courses, and downloadable "Recess Breaks" guides are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing your downloaded content, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds Once we receive your physical item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be emailed a downloadable return label for exchanges or returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
