Start at Level 1 and go at your own pace:
Levels 1) Stand with feet shoulder width apart. 2) Stand with feet together. 3) Add heels raised. 4) Add eyes closed.
Step 1) Clap palms together behind your lower back
Step 2) Hug yourself, each time alternating which arm is on top
Step 3) Clap palms together behind your head
*Repeat all three steps, 5 times in a row at each level (without mistakes)
Results:
Earn 1 point for each successful Step. There are 15 points at each level and 4 levels which equal 60 possible points.
The goal is not speed, it is precision. If you make a mistake or lose your balance, the test is over. Retest every month.
